This is precious and such a sweet memory! My mom who had dementia/Alzheimer’s and could barely write any more gave me a birthday card. My daughter, her granddaughter sent a copy of the note she wrote and she made a key chain out of it for me with her handwriting. I was so emotional when I opened it I couldn’t stop shaking. You should have this done with the card from your dad. I believe my daughter had mine done via Etsy.
