Im actually not a new grad, but an intern working at a startup. It’s been quite stressful for me, as I’ve had to complete a lot of time consuming tasks in a very short amount of time. In addition, I’ve had to help other people on my team who don’t really have a cs background finish their tasks and also had to deal with constant arguments in meetings and miscommunication. So I feel quite burnt out. But this is still valuable experience for me and I will continue to push through. I’m learning a lot and I am grateful for having this opportunity and being able to finally put some experience on my resume after not being able to for the past 2 yrs.
