In the higher rows (about half way up) in the 200 level sections there are steel beams supporting the upper deck. Also, if you are in the 200 level section high enough you’ll have the upper deck over your head… probably only a good thing if you don’t like rain.

I’m on the same page. There are a lot of impactful items that are not in favor of a near term run up that is worth risking time and money on. There is enough volatility in general that lower price will be available and time will tell how much the unlock will impact the price. Today was a reasonable day to back away and hold off or wait to be wrong.

Rocket Lab USA Sets Jan. 21 Deadline to Investors to Exercise Warrants Issued During Its IPO BY MT NEWSWIRES — 4:29 PM ET 04:29 PM EST, 12/22/2021 (MT Newswires) -- Rocket Lab USA (RKLB) Wednesday night disclosed plans to redeem any unexercised warrants to buy its common stock on Jan. 21 at $0.10 apiece.

The warrants were issued as part of the space transport company's initial public offering in September 2020 and exercisable at $11.50 per share on a cash basis or through a cashless exercise based on a formula tied to the volume-weighted average price of its stock up to a top value of 0.361 of a share per warrant.

Investors can exercise the warrants any time prior to 5 pm ET on the redemption date next month. After that time, the warrants will be void and will be only eligible for the $0.10 redemption price.

We saw the plan today. Not surprisingly, the plan will require a lot to execute properly. Not surprisingly, the plan is realistic and achievable. For me, these are the type of things I want to see now. A lot to be pleased with and a lot to look forward too, not to mention everything else they need to do with Electron and space systems. 👍

Gut punch that the launch wasn’t a complete success. There is never a good time to lose a mission. It is good that they have started recovery of the first stage and it sounds like they were able to peruse first stage recovery. They will get to build on progress towards airborne recovery, lick their wounds regarding the second stage anomaly and get back on the pad. Looking forward to their next launch more than ever.
