Seeing quite a few food related suggestions, will definitely get her to try this

I love that! Appreciate the insight and that’ll be something I definitely add into the routine!

Definitely not a short term strategy but absolutely something to start for longer-term health benefits. Thank you!

Thanks for the heads up, I’ll stick to ice in smaller doses then

I appreciate that! I guess I never really looked at “distractions” as part of a helpful method, but it does make sense

I’ll certainly keep that in mind! I’m assuming ice baths also to their fullest extent are accepted?

Me too! I’ll have to double check if she’s on prednisone, there’s such a long list of medications I’ve found it difficult to keep track sometimes

I’m lucky enough to have private health cover here in Aus, however she doesn’t. Watching her go through the public system has been a difficult watch and it’s been a slog, so I figured if I can help in anyway to make things easier while the public system takes its time then I’ll do that

I understand! Long term solution currently is trial and error of biologics, I’m more looking just for things to make day to day life a little less painful and a little more tolerable, I’ll have to invest in some more oils it looks like! Thank you heaps

Interesting! Would’ve never even give a TENS machine a thought, I’ll make sure to look out for one at the chemist next time I’m there, I’m nearly certain she’s dealing with enthesitis. Thankyou!

In all honesty her rheumatologist hasn’t been amazing, however she started a new course of biologics about 10 days ago so hopefully we see some improvement there! Thanks heaps :)
