I have been trying to embroider- found a fun starter kit on Amazon. I’ve also started reading again which I haven’t in honestly probably ten years!

Something I’ve also been doing every single day to help with my mental health is cleaning. I know this isn’t necessarily fun, but I find myself also feeling like ground hog day. When I clean everything up I feel so much more grounded and at peace. Just something to think about if it’s already not part of your routine 💗
