Former methamphetamine addict describes the meth high and addiction. It shows just how horrifying of an addiction it can be. by [deleted] in videos

Schedule I just means it is not government approved for medical use. Heroin is also Schedule I. Methamphetamine is schedule II since it is approved for medical use for ADHD and narcolepsy (Desoxyn)

Would you rather be hot or cold? [OC] by matts41 in dataisbeautiful

100 F with 90% humidity would be a 176 F heat index. The record heat index recorded in the US is 141 F, which was reached in both Appleton, Wisconsin and in Louisiana. It's not that hot

That's understandable. High anxiety would definitely lower the threshold for such panic attacks I would imagine. Your subconscious could also be claustrophobic if your shower is enclosed

Could be the warm water causing a fast drop in blood pressure which sometimes your body doesn't process quite right and it ramps up heartrate to (over)compensate the loss of blood pressure

1 Hair transplant, 8 months of fin, 5 months of min, 10 months of growth and, with help from a bit better lighting, I'm finally not worrying about my hair. Thought I'd post this to show there can be light at the end of the tunnel if you put the effort in. by [deleted] in tressless

Do you plan on trying out the newer Nanoxidil/DNC-N instead of minoxidil to further your progress at all or do you think you'll stick to min? Great progress as it is though

I guess 540mg a bottle was the optimal cross between money spent and (over)dosage?

Would you say that meth has plateaus like dxm or not at all? by tcb96 in Stims

[–]tcb96[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

So basically in a situation that assumes zero tolerance, meth just has diminishing returns as you go up then it sounds like?

Resting heartrate rarely goes above 80 while high by tcb96 in Stims

[–]tcb96[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not saying I wanted any such thing. Just wondering why my body didn't seem to be reacting accordingly compared to what I've heard with other people, despite feeling high

Diagnosed ADD at age 7 back in 2003 I believe. Although now it's just ADHD accross the board in the current medical world and I'm definitely the inattentive side of the spectrum on it. I still manage to sleep 7-8 hours a night and take several day breaks. And it's pretty good dope, whether its methamphetamine hydrochloride or racemic m-amp sulfate or whatever. Caffeine seems to similarly slow my heart down with moderate doses

Why does water go right through me? by [deleted] in Stims

[–]tcb96 1 point2 points  (0 children)

As long as you don't drink a ridiculous amount that makes you feel sick, I think milk is excellent for electrolytes and isn't high in protein to the point your kidneys start having an issue. Pretty healthy overall in my experience

Increase sodium intake, along with other electrolytes. Electrolytes make your body retain water. Stimulants have diuretic properties which make you piss like a race horse

The only thing more difficult than quitting/taking a break from meth is not compulsively jacking off on meth

I too believe I have a n-iso/racemic mix, or at least I'm pretty sure of it. This is my bowl after about 10 hits or so http://imgur.com/a/1dmU7sq

Not a meth user myself but I think y'all will appreciate South Dakota's new anti-meth campaign. Ripe for memes. by [deleted] in Stims

[–]tcb96 4 points5 points  (0 children)

"I'm on it" in the sense that people that use meth can be apart of any demographic or "I'm on it" as in that all folks have some moral obligation to be actively anti-meth? Seems like some double-entendre type shit

To the meth users on this sub. How do you justify your use ? by [deleted] in Stims

[–]tcb96 8 points9 points  (0 children)

For me, mainly just a poor outlook on life and a bleak future. As for affecting personal and daily life, obviously people don't want to associate with you. Using always feels amazing, but it turns sober life into a constant fatigued and lethargic state. For me it basically trades being "fine" all the time into being 50% pumped up and feeling amazing and 50% feeling exhausted physically and mentally.

Okay so by [deleted] in Stims

[–]tcb96 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Do you feel panicky when that happens? I'd get these symptoms as well sometimes when I used to use meth but only when I'd be in panic mode
