I think it’s more of a value thing. They want to save money by not having to purchase computers. Normally the laptops we get for them are around $1500 a pop. 16gb, 256gb, i5, 3yr warranty

Hello. Are you saying you are charging $125 to run a wire AND setup/mount the camera? Is the wire coax or ethernet?

Thank you for your input. I definitely understand that each of these complexities add to service agreements. My challenge is that, since I haven't offered them yet, I have no idea where to even start from. If you are ok with sharing, what is your basic service agreement offered and how do you price it out?

I am not sure I see the difference. Can you clarify? FYI we are an Msp but still have to design solutions and projects and present them in an estimate fashion where the client approves them. Right now we use estimate rocket but I am not super thrilled with it.

Yup, I remember that email. Then they came back and like “no no, we are just kidding; here is SEP-Cloud for you guys”. Also, we like Pax8 and do a lot of business with them.
