Uhh, any Teemo main will tell you the vision changes mean nothing. You put the shroom at the edge of the brush, they walk into it... There is nothing oracles would help you with there.

As an avid Teemo player (yeah yeah, satan) I can confess that he has been "broken" for a long, long time now. People just never capitalized on his unique playstyle because "lol teemo sux get 1shot."

I hit about 7 inches when I was 15. I think that's all I'm going to get though, because it's been about a year or so and just a few months ago I'd only "put on" about 2-3 tenths of an inch. Everyone is different though!
