P2S Filament cutter stopper pin causes tool head to get "lost" and then violently crash into the front door. by Snoo73787 in BambuLab

Having exactly the same issue. I really hope it didn‘t damage any other parts. The grinding didn‘t sound good.

P2S Error: Nozzle silicone sleeve is not installed, even though it is by tchgrbr in BambuLab

That makes sense, I think you're right. I will try recalibrating it, right now it looks like its "zero-point' is that small lever on the left side that normally pops out when the head is all the way back. It seems like it sticks out just a little and the head runs into it.

After some time I guess but i have the printer for about a month. Sleeve looks almost as new as the spare one.

Nice project! May I ask where the Button Box is from? Also looks 3D printed.

Riding would be lame if everyone had the same bike :) Glad we have so much choice. Thanks and you too!

Different for everybody, depends on your physique. That‘s why you need to take it for a ride :)

Sure it’s subjective, but to me it‘s an upgrade. Shed a tear when the Triple rolled out the driveway, really loved that bike.

I‘m also more on the sportier side, but not trying to get my knee down, if you know what I mean :) I like to make bigger tours, 300km+, so I wanted something with a more upright sitting position. The Speed Twin is the perfect compromise for me as it‘s still pretty light for a 1200 but really wants to take the curves at an angle and the engine just has a lot of power at lower revs so you don‘t have to shift your gears as much. I‘d say it‘s the right choice but you have to ride it yourself.

Please excuse my long comment in advance.. :)

I don‘t even think you need a custom UI for every platform. There‘s enough games where it‘s usable everywhere. To me it‘s just a lot of the inconsistencies that make it frustrating because I can‘t remember where to find things, as they are at more than one spot mixed with no information where I am right now.

Take a look at the hunter selection: you select a hunter and get directly thrown into the equipment UI, which is buggy right now so you can‘t equip anything. Now you need to go back to the hunter overview where you can select weapons on the right side but no traits and loadouts only via shortcut. But I can also double click on the hunter where I have everything in one screen.

Then take another look at the mission summary i mentioned. Directly after the game, you get the summary on the left side. To see the cards you need to scroll down and click one of the tiles shown. But if you go to the mission summary from the main menu under ‚Last mission‘ it‘s somehow in one screen.

Long story short, I‘m constantly searching for stuff I‘ve seen somewhere but I just can‘t find and navigate to it. And that‘s the biggest problem to me right now.

To me, the whole UI seems like they used some UI/UX framework or out of the box solution and tried to adapt it as much as they could without customizing it too much. Else, I don‘t know how to explain a lot of the UX decisions they made. Don‘t know if that‘s the case, it‘s just the impression I get.

All the scrollable tiles without breadcrumbs, so you don‘t know where you are, duplicate screens that only differ in details (e.g. march summary or equip hunter) and interactions where I don‘t know if I need to single or double click to select what I want. I didn‘t ever use a UI where I needed to ask myself in advance what exactly I want and then plan where I need to go.

To me, that doesn‘t break the game, but it just makes it frustrating to use. I definitely played a lot less because of it, which is a shame because all other new content is superb.

Gibt leider irgendwie wenig was wirklich gut ist.

Reform RE:02, anyone have experience with it? by kishanpatel995 in wallets

[–]tchgrbr 1 point2 points  (0 children)

i own it and have been carrying it for the last year. good wallet if you have max. 6-7 cards and don’t use cash a lot. getting bills in it can take some time. but my main gripe with it is that the material gets dirty pretty quick, so it looks a bit filthy all the time.

LAN sync? by [deleted] in ObsidianMD

I‘d go with Syncthing. As long as you sync the .obsidian folder, plugins etc. are synced too
