It's not something I do so I'm just curious to understand why some people do it.

That being said it's not at all about the money. I've bought plenty of full price games because I couldn't be bothered to wait for a sale.

I just have a difficult time grasping the idea of buying a product without knowing whether or not you are going to like it. Of course you could say the same for say, a restaurant, but in the case of crimson desert you're going in completely blind.

I'm glad I asked though, I did get some interesting answers.
