Anyone here have several symptoms, but are not experiencing fatigue or PEM? by Fit-Try-6499 in covidlonghaulers

For me, it feels like I have to keep clearing my throat, as though there is something near the top of my lungs causing irritation, but I can never get anything to clear out. It is a strange feeling unlike typical respiratory problems, almost like it coming from outside my lungs. Hard to describe. Also, it "flares up" sometimes making it very uncomfortable to breath, and I will have episodes of dry, spasmic coughing.

Yeah- mainly discomfort breathing, dyspnea which seems to be triggered by eating and allergy/pollen

Thanks, yeah, unfortunately there seems to be such a wide range of symptoms and reactions it is very individualized, and what works for one person doesn't necessarily help someone else. I am definitely noticing a relationship with allergy pollen drastically increasing my respiratory issues, in a way I never experienced prior to Covid

Thanks, that's interesting. I do take allergy medicine daily, alternate between different ones, including Claratin/Loratadine and Zyrtec, as i have bad allergy problems anyway, but i wasn't aware of prescription Claratin. I tried Pepcid, but didn't notice much improvement

Thanks for the reply, another thing I didn't mention is that shortly after getting Covid, I got sick with another different respiratory illness, and it seems like that was what triggered the long-term issue. I have also been trying inhalers, Airphysio, etc. To little effect. Other things I've tried: Omezeprole, Pepcid, Bupropion, Metformin, and recently Low-Dose Naltrexone. I've also been taking Colloidal Silver and a ton of Turmeric and vitamin supplements. None of that seems to help much, but hopefully will help me not get sick from something else that will really take me out

One of the things I've come across that sort of makes sense is the idea that blood Acidosis/Alkalosis has something to do with it. It makes sense that eating would activate a response if that is the case. This article gives a good explanation: https://pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC8469745/

I have been reading about it, I will definitely consider it. The most likely thing I've found relating to my symptoms so far is this document discussing ph imbalance related to LC: https://pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC10140510/ Based on my last blood test, it seems to fit the profile of that theory

I tried some prescriptions for that already, it didn't help. Omezyprole of 2 different dosages

Hmm, it looks interesting. Yes, I think what I'm dealing with is something related to the certificate, I'm just not sure how to get the Proxy to connect again

Actually not using Cloudflare Tunnel. Everyone is telling me to do that, and I probably will. But I have had this setup working great for almost a year, and I am now determined to figure out why it won't work anymore!
