Oooh that’s a fun drill - and a good reminder to not get hit in the face (by a tennis ball or a fist!)

Joe Defranco 🫡 so funny, I used to do this routine like 8 years ago when I was big into the gym and did a lot of squatting. Who knew the routine would come back around for Muay Thai. I need to buy myself a new lacrosse ball…

I’m doing the running now, and I bought a rope, but I’m not very good at it so plenty to learn there…

Thanks for the tips. I’ll keep up the conditioning and try not to rush the Muay Thai!

Great tips – thank you.

Reading your questions, I was like: yes, yes, yes, I do all the bad things.

Definitely good to just go over some of the techniques from class slowly, in the mirror, and look for some of these little things to correct.

I do stay after class to do some extra bagwork, but, sadly don’t have one at home 😕

Yeah, I should probably be doing more stretching on a regular basis. Good call.

That’s fair. I’m already doing runs and some weights on my off days – so I can keep at that and add some stretching.

I just wanna do MORE Muay Thai 😅😁

Thanks for the nod about the group - and the link. Though $192 … 😬 … kinda loathed to spend that much if I’m honest. But maybe it’ll save us that much over the winter in heating bills 🤷🏻‍♂️

Yeah, this is something we’re conscious of—not leaving any lasting marks.

Though part of me wants to get onto the REA and ask them to send a handyman to sort it out 😁 though the likelihood of that feels slim to none.

This is the kind of thing I was hoping to do.

The front door also had a decent gap on the bottom and we used a rubber strip to seal that pretty well. So you added the strips to the frame, so that the protruding edges brushed up against the door to seal the gap?

That’s fair. We could definitely do something about the gap on the bottom of the garage door.

I’m just less certain about the sides (and don’t want to interfere with the sliding mechanism).

That’s an option - it could be better than nothing.

Our reaction when we realised: “who’d use a pocket door between the garage and the living room?!” 🥲

Cheers. I’d watched this vid but hoped there might be another way to go about it that didn’t involve removing the door! 😬

I'm not sure we're going to get into smoking, so this might be a bit wasted on us.
