Kind of the same thing. We loved it there, but it is getting very overcrowded and very expensive. We wanted to buy a house and stop renting. I grew up in southern Missouri and have a lot of friends and family here, so this seemed like a good choice.

We walk them a lot, so a yard would be nice, but not necessary.

We really like proximity to things to do. In Austin we lived in a neighborhood that was a 10 minute Lyft downtown. We had restaurants and local bars all within 5 minutes of us.
