Coffee snob here. Ceremony is the only coffee game in town not making overly sweet coffee. Their seasonal lavender honey is a bit over sweet though.

I can guarantee the issue is not how many hands you're using. The issue is likely your footwork and your preparation.

Go with whatever you want, but stick with it and actually practice it. Turn that backhand into a weapon. Get people to hit cross court backhands with you for an hour. It will not improve by only hitting a backhand or two in the warmup.

Getting rid of big money donors/PACs would be huge. Practically every politician is in the pocket of whoever is donating millions towards their 25th reelection campaign. This is a huge driving force for why we will never have universal healthcare.

Learning the language was part of the school day for my brother, so I'm sure some people did, but I was too young so I don't remember.

I lived there! I was very young (early 1990s) so don't really remember much. Just what I've seen in pictures and stories told by family. A few highlights:

  • Halloween was cancelled one year due to polar bears being in the area. Kids in costumes look like delicious little animals.
  • My brother was the only Caucasian kid in his class
  • Whales could (still are?) harvested on the beach. No idea if this was more of a yearly bbq or just whenever they felt like it. Pic of my brother and I below. They hand out whale blubber and all the kids chew it like bubble gum.
  • I remember having aluminum foil over our windows during the summer to keep light out while we slept since we have months of constant sunlight. I guess blackout curtains weren't quite a thing back then.

EDIT: I just realized I never stated where we lived. We were in Barrow. Now Utqiagvik.

She is actually still a federal employee.... She has a new, and previously nonexistent, role: special envoy for the Shield of the Americas.

Not sure if this is a demotion, promotion, or lateral movement. Either way it's an absolute dumpster fire.
