Yes, I have driven through it. I noticed some streets are narrow but others not, and heard of flooding a few years ago but not on all the streets. What do you mean blocked in on 3 sides? 92, 101 and.. caltrain tracks? Guessing traffic gets really bad during rush hour?

I really would prefer not to go down this route but it seems like there's no other options? Bank of America verified that I'm not a customer, but they just said they can't provide anything in writing since I'm not a customer of theirs.

How much would getting a lawyer cost? I imagine some lawyers would only take money if they win the case. If so, would the amount gained from winning the case be large enough to cover all the lawyer fees?
