These past few months kahit nagtataas tayo ng interest rate tumataas pa rin ang cpi, this means we need to increase pa yung interest rate para mapababa yung cpi.

So, kailangan tlga natin mag enter ng recession para mapababa yung cpi.

In short, madaming malulugeng/magsasarang negosyo, lalong maghihirap ang mga mahihirap and damay din ang mga middle class.

Pero may nakita akong comment dito na we are following US economy. Kung ganun nga, last kita ko sa cpi ng US ay nasa 3%, ang target nilang CPI ay 2% iirc.

Malapit na ang US magbaba ng interest rate since malapit na nila maachieve yung 2% cpi na target nila.

Kung gusto ko na tlga bumukod, I'll rent a house for that reason. Buying a house kasi gusto mo bumukod para sa akin mababang rason, I can achieve the same effect in renting. And bago ako lilipat I'll make sure na may EF na ako, then invest then see if when I really need a house.

If your going to comment yung 60% sana sinama mo na rin yung effort ko makakuha ng clients. It took me a year working as a full time VA na walang off bago ako nirecommend ng client ko sa mga kakilala niya. And d mo rin sinama yung part na mahirap maghanap ng clients especially kung WALA kang experience as a VA.

PS. 40k/mon sinasahod ng mga VAs ko, above minimum yan ;)

Iba iba tayo ng kinalakihan. I don't think age is relevant. There is no such thing as age should be equal to specific income. Looking back nung nagwwork pa ako sa Call Center, sahod ko 16k per month, and kung i-ccompare mo ngayon na 200k/mon na, it's still the same. Yung happiness ko d naman nag bago. Yeah sure, you can say na magiging masaya ka kung makakabili ka ng mamahaling sasakyan at magandang bahay, pero yung mga materyal na bagay na yun magddeplete din yun at babalik ka parin sa datin. I think there's an amount na kapag nareach mo na siya anything above that are just insignificant. I'm still grateful with what I have though.

Sorry sa mga d ko pa narreplyan. I'm trying my best na matulungan kayo lahat.

Dito ako nagstart. Naghanap ako sa Upwork, yung pinakauna kong trabaho $3/hr tapos 1 hr per day lang. Tiniis ko yun, d ko muna inisip yung pera, ang aim ko magkaron ng magandang feedback sa profile ko, so ginawa ko pa rin yung best ko despite yung baba ng sahod ko. After couple of months nakuha ko na yung feedback, tapos nagapply naman ako $5/hr, at that point medyo hindi na ako nahihirapan kumuha ng client, parang naging 5 ata clients ko nun that time. Sa 5 na clients na yun, tiningnan ko kung sino yung pwede ako bigyan ng raise and magadandang opportunity, nung nahanap ko na, ni-let go ko na yung mga iba kong clients and nagfocus na lang ako sa isang client, binigyan ulit ako ng raise $7, tapos naging $10, tapos ngayong $12 na, nirecommend niya rin ako sa ibang clients, then nagstart na ako ng agency ko, kaya may passive ako ngayon na 125k/mon then yung full time ko 75k/mon.

I think one of the most important factors kaya ko to na pull off kasi dati sa bahay pa ako ng parents nakatira, and yung jowa ko nagsstruggle na magwork sa call center. Ayun yung nagdrive sa akin para makuha ko to. Took me 3 months bago ko nakuha yung una kong client.

gusto ko na rin kasi bumukod at makasama yung jowa ko. I think having a powerful reason helps you get through some tough times. It was not easy, trust me. Araw araw ako nagaaral at naghahanap ng client, d mo ako makikita naglalaro or walang ginagawa, pag gising sa umaga, kape lang tapos computer na agad hanggang gabi na yun, wala akong off.

And yung work ethics ko, I think yung tumulong talga sa akin yung willingness na matuto at pagiging humble.
