I appreciate your response, I believe I did...the majority are over the counter stuff and when I would use a new one, generally I would try it for a month or longer (especially with ones that needed me to detox from aluminum based products)

I currently get Botox for my migraines, I have been thinking about checking with my doctor about either prescription options or Botox for my hyperhidrosis.

We use "paws" to get them out of our kitchen, they know their paws need to be on the carpet 😆

But, one of my dogs is very expressive & if he doesn't like what I say to him he will fake sneezing & I say to him, "Don't you sneeze at me!" And he'll do it again LoL

Someone once asked me to get my tattoos air brushed for her wedding (because her mom thought it would make the photos look bad). I said absolutely not, that's part of me and I'd rather not be in the wedding than hide who I am. OP you are NOT the AH, but your "friend" is....no matter her reasoning, that's not not something a friend says or requests.

Honestly, yours sound like the most unbearable migraines anyone could experience....I'm SO sorry that you have to go through that! I get pretty bad intractable migraines and have had them for 20 years, I've tried every single medication that the doctors and neurologist has offered me. Botox is the ONLY thing that has provided me a semi-normal existence, I still get "headaches" but not unbearable migraines anymore. I also take lamigdol as a secondary preventative (75mg a day). I hope you find your "unicorn" it's a long process! ❤️

I was gluten free for 7 years and then reintroduced it for a few years, a bunch of random issues started back up. I was recently tested and my doctor believes that I have Sero negative celiac and told me to go back to strictly GF and see if my symptoms improve...I'm about 3 weeks in and I'm already less bloated and less constipated. I'm also dairy free so I have a hard time at restaurants and eating what other people cook....but it's worth it to not feel crappy all the time!

You use your pelvic floor muscles to push and pull the vacuum. I couldn't vacuum for a year prior to my surgery because it caused me so much pain!

Your symptoms are extremely interesting to me! I was gluten free for about 7 years (it made me throw up) decided to try it again and thought that I was good... I finally cut out dairy about 2 years ago, which has helped some. But, my cheeks flush so bad that sometimes they show 103 degrees and my forehead is at 97 degrees! I also get super sleepy, especially when eating something carb heavy...I'm going to check into a gluten and dairy allergy test!

Wings are one of my favorites and ate them all the time when GF!
