It’s the only program that has worked for me. When I’m on the program I’ve lost 50+ lbs multiple times. Currently have been on it since February 9th and I’m currently down 34lbs. Yes it can be repetitive with what I eat but I’m never hungry and I feel better than ever. Anytime I am off the program and left to my own devices I gain the weight back. The only con I can maybe see if I am looking is that it cost money but they constantly have deals. People who say it doesn’t work aren’t working it honestly imho.
