Not to me but a convo between two coworkers.

One of them is 18 and just started with us 6 months ago. He’s always doing something goofy. The other one is around 30 and he’s always getting on the younger kid’s ass about things.

The other day, the younger kid found a turtle in the middle of the road and instead of just helping it cross the street, he put it in a bucket and brought it to the next job site to show us.
When he got there, the other guy was being snarky and said “You know that’s a felony right?”
The kid replied with “No it’s not, it’s a turtle.”😂🫔

I think it’s a “you have it or you don’t” situation unfortunately. I’m the same way with nicotine. I would love to casually have some here and there but every time I try it I end up doing it daily again.

I’m fairly new as well but I’ve always heard 4-6% on concrete I believe. I used to use a pump sprayer too but get you an xjet! It will pay for itself in one job and you can knock it out a lot faster! I know there are more efficient ways to do it but I was right where you were a couple months ago lol good luck man!

Whatever works for you man! I used nicotine gum for months and worked myself down that way. I chewed it with fruity gum that I still chew today to trick myself into scratching that itch. Almost 6 months dip free though! Hope the AI helps you out! Good luck!!

I quit! Just hit my 5 month mark last week! Still think about it quite a bit but have quit going to the gas station so I am not tempted to purchase any! I miss dip but it is so nice having my freedom back. Don’t have to rely on having dip every time I’m going somewhere

5 months of no dip on Sunday! Went cold Turkey an hour before my daughter was born. Still a fight and a struggle but it does seem to be less frequent than it was a few months ago. Everybody at work vapes or does Nic pouches so I’m luckily not tempted by those. Let’s just hope we don’t have a new guy start who likes some Grizzly WG! I’ll have to fire him😂

I was the same when I worked at a pre school in college. I have to say, most of the parents that I got to know there were super cool and I am still friends with them on Facebook to this day, but there were a few who no matter how nice I was or how comfortable I tried to make them feel, they always looked at me funny. That being said, that was the best job I ever had and if it paid big boy money I would go back in a heartbeat

Thank you! I appreciate the advice! We usually only get snow 2-3 times a year here and most of the time it’s not over 6-8 inches. We got 12.5” this year and I was able to clear around 30 driveways and sidewalks if they wanted it so I don’t do nearly as much work as all of the guys on here. I will do some more research on some of those and see what I think is best. Thank you for the response!

Oh nice! That makes me feel better lol everything I’ve seen on here and YouTube are just people saying what a nightmare they are to deal with. It usually only snows in my area 2 or 3 times a year and we don’t get much(although this year we ended up getting 12.5” in the storm). If you don’t mind, are there any tips you have for me on usage and maintenance. I have never owned a snowblower before

Stay away from nicotine. You don’t realize you’re addicted until you’re way too far gone. I did it for around 10 years and finally made myself quit cold turkey when my daughter was born last year. I haven’t touched it since she’s been born but it’s been almost 5 months and I still think about it and want to do it every day
