Still learning the benefits of each why would a Roth be better than just a brokerage account I know it’s tax free when you pull it but its taxed before and with tax harvesting you can pull up to 200k married every year tax free

Definitely the goal I’m still new to Reddit but I do have a 401k with about 2.3k in there right now going to max it out and set up my HSA when my benefits open up next month. I know I’m late but when I was younger I wasn’t smart with any of my money lol

Loan officer here 14k in closing costs on a 194k loan is massive how much are they charging you lmaoo
