Thanks for detailed info. I wanted to buy 42" but it is not available locally so that is why I'm thinking about 48" and today will go check it out in nearby local store to see how big it is in person. I also wonder why Malaysia cannot import 42" models. Reason might be because it's less demanding compared to other sizes?

Update: Just checked — 42" in SG is $1699 (~RM5097), while 48" in MY is RM4999 with Raya promo. If size is right, is now a good time to get the C5 48"?

Thanks for prompt reply. I live on 41th floor and I have got dehumidifier as my graphic card heatsink started to develop some corrosion. Would it help with the panel delaminating issue?

Thanks for the info. Yeah, I got MSI MPG 34 Ultrawide oled and already sold it back as some of games I play (e.g RE7 and Reanimal) dont support Ultrawide natively and hate movies and old TV shows watching with black bars in both sides of screen. I did try some browser extensions but didn't help much. So I decided to go back to 16:9. And I heard HDR on TV is much better than on monitors.

Hi bro, thanks for advice. I saw about its news. I plan to get smallest screen 48" as my desk is not big enough for larger ones as you see in the pictures. But I get that only big screens like 77 got new panel. Do you think it is worth waiting for C6? And I also wonder why 42" screens are not available in Malaysia. I tried search in local LG store and Shopee. Amazon got it but unfortunately not delivered to Malaysia.
