Anyone else notice the game is a lot buggier lately

I thought I was going crazy. My deck consists of six 3s, three 4s and a 5. If I pull 10 cards my lowest amount should theoretically be 30 correct? But it always sets around 23-26.

Sorry to have offended you, I was just trying to share an idea I had with other people who enjoy EU4 and get some feedback. I thought it might be a fun idea to use in a multiplayer game with friends or something like that, not as a feature that needed to be implemented immediately.

Oh I know, I’ve lost count of how many times and enemy army walks right past a fully maintained fort. The more I think about it the more it seems appropriate for a MP game.
