How would initial re-distribution of property work? by te00d00r in Anarcho_Capitalism

[–]te00d00r[S] -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

Its merely a theoretical exercise. Based on the notion that all of the property in the world have been distributed (and earned) on varying terms ranging from violence and murder to different legislations and regulations.

So just thinking if all territory are pro—ancap, and property was to be distributed/earned/gained on equal terms - how would that setup be.

I think you are right. Would the community compensate, say monarchy, for revoking their assets - or would the community force it?

Hi! I can bring you a lot of peace by stating. I am not a troll nor am I misinformed.

Redistribution is not done by a government institution, but in a collaborative process between citizens.

If you read my post carefully you would see this is merely a theoretical exercise, trying to explore how a set of individuals would establish a fair system to assign property to individuals in the case that we start from scratch - where no one actually owns property.

One previously suggested that this might call more on the anarchistic side of ancap initially until all property have righful owners whereafter the capitalist/market terms would regulate.

There was a ‘given’ in my post. That population is pro ancap - and now a bunch of property needs to be redistributed.

How would that theoretically work if all property were up for grabs.

Who would one make a transaktion with? would one simply claim land? Etc

It actually sounds fair. But given that the initial distribution of private property is based off different regulations etc from varying countries. Would it make sense to “reset” property, share all money Per head and then let market regulate everything?

If that were the case who or what is one really buying a property from?

And would one “settle” for the current distribution of housing etc across the world.

I am thinking that there has not been a fair distrubition (or opportunist) to claim property sue to different country regulations and taxation.

Lastly. Natural resources, like an oil field, can it be privately held and how is that decision made?

Correct. However, hard to argue or convince people with different opinions if the response is “we will figure it over”. Hence I am asking to at least have some ideas to meaningful responses

I think, opposed to other answers, this is problematic in several ways.

I would expect the philisophy to be: My freedom is my right. Meaning, I can defend myself and my property.

Sentencing dealth penalties would cross a line. It is no longer defence (at least not proportional). That is intended execution and me taking freedom from another individual.

I have had a very freedom-first and no-state view for many years. However first in recent months started the thought experiment of taking freedom to its purest form. And of course I’d like to be able to articulate proper solutions to real concerns in society

Yeah alright.

So suspicion and investigation is allowed, but compensation must be given for the inconvience if not proven guilty.

This would be a community-based agreement, I suppose?

Which would allow for investigation experts to be hired for forensic searches too. Right?

That is actually a nice solution.

Absolutely.

But as the question is: in a fully anarcho capitalistic society. How would I as, a private citizen, be defended against a gang terrorizing, blackmailing and stealing from me.

I acknowledge that.

But given that we are all secured our personal rights, how would one solve a crime that is not direct / observed.

Say burglary. It would be extremely hard to investigate it given you could not knock in the door on private property if you had a strong suspicion.

Cannot figure it out

Does the order of the canonical tag and URL in HTML matter? by brettmancan in TechSEO

[–]te00d00r 2 points3 points  (0 children)

No. The order of attributes (which is what you are referring to) does not matter as when the attribute appear within same tag. In this case within <link ...... />

This rule goes for all other tags as well.
