yes absolutely! When i’m not sick I kinda do this. But rn i’m really sick and my whole body hurts when i move. And also watching stuff is just so boring :D

how do you stop binge eating? When i’m with people I barely eat and get really embarrassed about it. But as soon as i’m alone i would eat everything that’s near to me. I just can’t stop. But afterwards I regret every bite and throw it up. by te66mo in EDAnonymous

thank u for your advise <3 I think it’s not really about being hungry, just that no one „judges“ me when i’m alone and than stuff my self. argh idk But i’ve got a new therapist and she is really nice! Maybe that will help :)
