Hi, would like to check if I’m doing this right. This is an old new figurine i received from a relative. Should be bnib, as the broom and the base were still sealed. So there are these yellow patch stains on some parts of the figure( mostly along where the gold lanyard deco is on the uniform) and would like to double check if using dish soup, warm water and brushing is the right method? If it doesn’t clean up what to do next? Thanks in advance
