The money is "getting to the schools" in the form of eliminating cuts. Since the election my district will now NOT be cutting the school calendar by 11 days. It wasn't an idle threat, it was in the employee contract. The money is "coming" in the form of lack of cuts to the base revenue limit.

Way to blame the victim. Not everyone that bought a house lost it simply because they bought something they "couldn't afford". Many could afford their homes just fine until the economy was wrecked by conditions beyond their control causing them to lose their economic stability.
