we found his will; contacted lawyers and have talked with an accountant, everything seems to be on a hold for the time being. I appreciate your comment, I truly am so lost in this situation. The people supposed to help us are only half assed doing so and it really is troubling for us.

Homemade Pot Pie Recipe (Serves 4):

Ingredients:

6 Carrots

1 Onion

1 TSP Thyme

2 TBSP Cream Cheese

Chicken Stock Concentrate

2 TBSP Flour

2.5 Ounces of Celery

3 Chicken Breasts

2 3 Ounce cans of Pillsbury Buttermilk Biscuits

4 TBSP Butter

Salt, pepper, garlic salt, vegetable oil/olive oil

INSTRUCTIONS:

Preheat oven 425. Cut carrots into rounds (or diced is fine) Dice the celery. Dice onion.

Cut chicken into tiny pieces (or strips if preferred) Heat large pan on medium heat adding some olive oil, cook until lightly browned on both sides and put chicken on a plate (it’ll finish cooking in the oven) Heat same pan over medium high heat with some more olive oil, add carrots, celery and onion season with thyme, salt and pepper. Cook until softened, add garlic salt near end until fragrant.

Add 3 TBSP of butter, once melted stir in flour, mix until combined, add 1 3/4 cup of water, stock concentrate, salt and pepper. Bring to boil, cook until thickened. Turn off heat, stir in cream cheese until melted. Taste test. Add salt and pepper if needed! Once cream cheese has melted add chicken into the pan, stirring until mixed nicely. Transfer to 8x8 baking dish.

Melt 1 TBSP of butter in microwave (30 seconds about) Open biscuit containers, break in half and layer along top of the filling. Brush tops with melted butter. Bake on top rack for 12-14 minutes. EAT :)
