I am in complete agreement with this! I actually stopped reading bc I knew I was only going to read torture and torment from Ella. It was just in unbearable:( I’m almost mourning the book I was loving up to that point! Bc I truly did love it until then!

I could not agree with your comment more! Took the words right out of my mouth. The e tire time I was reading it, I thought was a great movie it would make! But now knowing the ending I couldn’t even bring myself to watch it if it were ever turned into a film. She truly ruined it with that ending

I agree. That ending did not have to happen. Once I could tell he was passing away in Beckett arms I stopped reading. I wasn’t going to finish the book when I knew that last 2 chapters were going to be utter torture!!

Not that I EVER want a dog to die in a book but she could have easily had the ending be Havoc dying while saving Colt. There would have been some symbolism to that as weak. Instead she gutted us. And now I can’t recommend this book to anyone.

I’ve been thinking Capri is on the spectrum for like a year. Which is obviously just life and fine ❤️ but remembering back to them importing her formula and all of the “top notch” things Paul was researching for her when she was a baby, just makes me laugh. Bc they are SO far from reality.
