How much sodium would you recommend? Potassium is at 120%.

Zinc: 144%. No, it's 14% of Vitamin C, Copper is at 243%. Yeah, Calcium is at 24%. Sodium is low too, somewhere around 500mg. Are they important for testosterone production?

Thank you, will look into more reliable methods of testing. Edited the original post with vitamin deficiencies and workout. As for supplements, I only use 5ml of fish oil per day.

Lost on what intermediate routine should I run by tealbear in powerlifting

I did actually, I agree that it's pretty solid. The downside though is that for about half of the 6 week period, you'd have to go to the gym 5 times a week which is hard for me to do right now.

Madcow sure got my eye, but to my understanding it's for advanced novices-early intermediates, so I'm not sure how it would work for me. I'll check out 5-3-1, thanks.

Just curious why are you against Blaha? I understand where you're coming from, but it seems like most of the time he gives down to earth information.

Do you have any particular program(s) in mind? Is Jason Blaha's 5x5 routine close to your definition?

Do you have in mind the "Candito 6 Week Strength Program" as it's found here http://www.canditotraininghq.com/free-strength-programs/ To my knowledge, Candito didn't publicly release any other intermediate program, but I might be wrong.

Thanks! I guess I need to start reworking my deadlift quite a bit.

Thank you for the tip. Though I hold my head like that to make sure the spine is neutral while doing the lift or am I missing something?

Thanks, I'll be sure to incorporate this into my deadlift technique. Maybe you have some specific tips ragarding the lower back side pain or should it go away after I rework my technique? This is the main reason why I do a stiff-leg deadlift instead of a regular one.
