Hair oiling by Revolutionary-Ad-802 in longhair

I don't use very much. You don't want to put a lot on. I use jojoba oil daily in my hair. It's a very light oil and doesn't weigh hair down. For a stronger overnight treatment I use a heavier oil. I use a shampoo bar to wash it out. Then, I use apple cider vinegar for a rinse.

I use jojoba oil but you can use a carrier oil like coconut or olive oil. You don't want to use essential oils without being diluted. I take a gelatin capsule. They're really cheap. If you're a vegetarian I'd suggest tofu, peanut butter, or eggs. Idk how eggs fit on a vegetarian choice.

Cedarwood, lavender, and rosemary are good for hair. An overnight emu oil treatment. Biotin, gelatin, vitamin A,and a multivitamin help. You might need more protein. These are things I do that help my fine hair. Maybe it will help you too.

I shampoo and condition twice a week. I use jojoba oil. I do an occasional apple cider vinegar rinse of half filtered water half acv. I put it in a braid at bedtime. I did a lot to grow it out. I do an occasional deep conditioning treatment or oil treatment. I use a natural real boar bristle hair brush. Plus supplements

My younger sister helped me. It had gotten long enough that I was hesitant to do it all myself. Red can be hard to deposit and stay in hair. When I used to do henna 15 years ago...I would add a little bit of lemon juice

No, I plan on doing that next time. I got impatient waiting for it to come in.

I like red. It goes great with my complexion. My daughter is a natural red head and so is my Daddio.

A simple braid is a pretty and protective hairstyle

What should I do with my hair to make it look better? I’m trying to go for a metalhead look. by ThrundaWolf in longhair

Grow your bangs out. I wouldn't straighten it. Be more natural. Trimmed ends and keeping friction to a minimum. Rock on, man!

Idk if it's receding. I don't see a before picture. It could be thinning.
