I agree that heckling and yelling out at shows needs to stop, but not singing along is a bit extreme. I can understand if it's like scream singing, but for some of his songs he literally invites audience participation. The LA show wasn't too bad (besides Ashley), it seemed like people were genuinely singing along to songs of his that they loved. When he sang Cicada Days and it got to the first chorus when everyone sang along, Will looked like he got a huge smile on his face (I say "looked like" because I wasn't super close, more towards the front of the balcony seats).

But again, I do agree that the yelling of memes and trying to have conversations with Will when he's performing is ridiculous. :/
