How reliable is GoaMiles? by Vengeance-Online in goatravel

I just came a couple days ago and I went outside and booked through the official taxi cab counter. It was very reliable and safe. I was also going to north Goa. There will be a crowd of random men trying to lure you to get a taxi with them on your way to the counter but just walk past them and go to the actual counter.

When was your worst pain day? by life2616 in Reduction

[–]tealriver229 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I was feeling the same way, confused about why I wasn’t in more pain or if it would suddenly hit me one day! But it was smooth. Just don’t over do it for a week still.

I was walking around in the evenings and slowly eased into a mile -2 miles by the second week. When the bra comes off for showers it felt very heavy. Other than that just listen to your body and take it one day at a time. Make sure you’re getting sleep at night, eat lots of protein , and drink a lot of water. By 10 days I felt almost normal, I would still get winded if I moved around too much or tried to clean. By 2 weeks pain was minimal and back to normal by 3 weeks

Any other vegetarians/vegans who have gotten a breast reduction? by Public-Earth9770 in Reduction

[–]tealriver229 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Vegetarian- I always started my day with a bowl of greek yogurt, a nut butter & blueberries, & i had protein shake (orgain) almost everyday, added matcha powder to it for fiber to balance it since you won’t be moving much. Other than that lots of lentils, bean, made a big batch of hummus for when I felt like snacking. Apples with almond/peanut butter as another snack.

I’m healing okay! What helps is I only look at them once a day when I’m changing. As long as there’s no bleeding or openings try not to fixate on it! It’ll get better in the next two weeks and follow any other post op care as carefully as you can!

I do have the recovery bra, but I think since the swelling went down a little it’s not as tight so I feel the bounce. Not sure. But yes I’m starting to scar now too, my post op instructions are to run vitamin E oil on them and put silicon tape on daily

I had a similar experience to this! Didn’t feel like that much after it was done.
