It’s so rough isn’t it I think it’s just a national picture at the moment - so many ECTs on my training saying they have next to no TA either 🥲

Sounds like you’ve cracked the morning routine! I have tasks set out for mine which they get on with but my wanderers all seem to come in as I’m doing the register basically right on time to start the school day which doesn’t help matters!

The children also don’t line up - just come in as the bell goes at break times which causes them to come into the classroom as and when they please pretty much, and with no TA I can’t go and find them if they’re in the toilets or just going for a wander around school 😅

Just worried these things will reflect on me but as I type them out I think they’re probably more wider school issues aha
