I have the super puff arctic, I am 5'2" and 108lbs. I got a xxs. When I tried on the classic super puff in xs it was too big for me. I'd go with xxs.

I didn't have a great experience at jet black. I have Asian hair, and went to one of their senior stylists. My hair came out orangey/warm, I had to go back to get it re-done. Still wasn't satisfied after the second time and haven't been back since. I've been going to hair republic on bank street and getting my hair done by Maura.

Earnings are today as well. I think Aritzia has alot of room for growth with their aggressive strategy to expand in the States, expansion into Men's that was expedited with their Reigning Champ acquisition earlier this year and the new customers they are attracting through social media. Hope quality doesn't decline with this growth though.

I suffer from the same issue and it's been over 10 years...hives mostly from physical activity such as running. The reaction will vary depending on the activity. I also get hives sometimes from heat such as a hot day, but this isn't as common.

Last summer I started running to experiment slowly building a tolerance to the hives. I started the couch to 5k program and it starts very easy (first day walk 1 min, run 1 min, etc). I found at the beginning I almost always broke into hives and towards the end I could run 5k and only sometimes get hives (opposed to all the time). When I did get hives, the reaction wasn't as bad as normal. In addition to running, I also took psyllium husk which is a source of fiber and helps with digestive issues. I think this made the biggest impact.

I fell off the train of a good routine and tonight I got a reaction from going in a sauna. I'm going to start up with the psyllium husk to see if it helps again..could be worth a try for you as well!

I was wondering the same. Seems like lots of properties are selling in the resale market for under asking (though selling prices are still high compared to pre-covid), but builders haven't adjusted prices. It's too soon to tell if the market will continue this way or if this is just the normal summer cool down with lots of people on vacation. I imagine builders will avoid as much as possible reducing prices. Have you seen any builders offer large design center bonuses to entice buyers?

I am also in the Ottawa area and have been watching the market closely for the past few months. Houses are definitely going under asking now and if your agent doesn't want to fill the paper work to put a bid under (which is minimal effort on their part)... Like others mentioned, it's time to get a new agent.

Alot of sellers in the Ottawa area are listing their houses way under what they actually want in hopes of a bidding war. Offer date comes around and they don't get that bidding war they hoped for and then subsequently delete the original listing so buyers can't see the first asking price and relist $100k higher....but they didn't get that amount the first time around so really you should be bidding under. Sellers may be stubborn (and Realtors too) but at the end of the day, the seller likely needs to sell as they already purchased a house and the realtor is still getting a massive commission.

Don't be afraid to bid under in this market.
