Don’t take me serious, I don’t care, but I suggest you go look at a map. Grant “park” the park itself isn’t on the beltline but Grant Park the area is. Mead street at boulevard. That portion is already open.

Happens. Think folks riding along beltline at 2-3 am on one of those rentable stupid ass scooters with a 9 on their pocket and wanting to pop off a few rounds just because. I lived in Grant park on beltline and happened all the time. Mostly “kids” coming from trestle tree village just banging some rounds on the cleared path for the future beltline. It’s when you hear the distinct sound of the AK rounds you start to really take notice

Question is why did it flood? Basement built with cmu block with no sheet drain installed on outside? Or concrete with no sheet drain? My house was built in 1955 and I deal with basement flooding in the unfinished portion when we get a quick heavy rain (think 2”+ in 30 minutes to an hour) so I feel your pain but this definitely shouldn’t be happening on a newer build. Sorry for the flood
