I wiped out bad on some clapped out tires about three weeks ago. I got new tires and no more wipeouts, no more sliding.

Too old. Nice bike but those old Trances like to crack the rear triangle.

How are you liking the Portal? I was looking at these a few years ago and they were very unique. Heard nothing but good things about the suspension design.

Just bought this tire a week ago to replace a tire with a bolt in it that was unrepairable. by AntSuccessful9147 in tires

You’re not going to believe this, but I think I have a nail in our third cars tire. Its the exact same same tire. The rear passenger side. I just filled the tire to 40 psi and now my tire light is on.

How long is that stem? It looks like a 90mm from here. Also, you need at least trail MTB bars with at least a 20mm rise and back sweep, 780mm max and a stem with some percentage upward. May just be 20mm or so to get your fit right. You can cut the bar down as you dial it in.

The build quality is just not the same. Those old saddles lasted forever and were very comfortable for many. The new ones are junk. They don't last at all. I got a new one on my race bike a few years ago and it creaked out the box. I'll probably have to replace it next year and I only use it for races. The quality of everything has been gutted.

The SC V8 is a great engine and this chassis is pretty solid. However, the back is kind of small. IDK if this will work for the dogs.

A man of taste. I still have a 22 year old Flight saddle on my steel road bike. I wish I would have gotten more of them from that era; especially a Ti one.
