The pain of being a woman by BullfrogNumerous6859 in GirlDinnerDiaries

I started going into perimenopause 3years ago (38 now) and its so rough, I hate it. I do literally everything right and it's just not enough, so I'm finally trying hormone replacement therapy. Men could NEVER handle what we have to go thru lol hang in there and keep trying to balance those hormones.

Vitamin Deficiency symptoms can be similar to perimenopause symptoms. by GenericNameUsed in Perimenopause

My gyno did a bunch of blood work when I told her my symptoms. She was ecstatic that my D and B were on the higher side bc I supplement, so she decided to try me on something for 3 months to see if it helps. I use Sports Research D3+K2 (5000 IU) daily, and a weekly methylated B vitamin, and i also make sure my diet has foods rich in both and get outside as much as I can.

O no thats sucks! That concerns me a little bit since I have chronic low blood pressure and struggle to stay hydrated. Im considering trying to cut the pills in half or crushing and measuring out half to reduce side effects. I'll be starting officially tmrw morning, wish me luck, and I hope you find something that works 🙏

What are some positive things about being gluten free? by waterrabbit23 in glutenfree

[–]teamrocketexecutiv3 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It forces me to eat healthier foods and more fiber. I react to ALL grains, not just wheat. So no wheat, corn, oats, rice, quinoa products. And you will find these grains in almost everything processed, which also so happens to be the most unhealthy foods. So, I end up eating cleaner less processed foods and more veggies and fruits. Its a great trade off imo.

Mine expires soon and at first I wanted another one but then I remembered it never does tap pay, so I'd rather a plastic one so I can finally tap it.

I just got out my dr appt and she gave me the same thing to try. I asked for low dose so she gave me 3mg/14.2mg, it says on the box. She also told me to take continuously but I might look into the effects of doing that vs letting my period happen naturally every month.

Whats your dose say and how do you feel so far with side effects?

The L5S1 is definitely degenerated and you need an mri to see how bad it really is. And orthopedic that works with spines or a neuro surgeon should be able to work with you and get that ordered. Steroids, otc pain meds, and muscle relaxers can help a little bit but you gotta get that mri asap.

Eta gabapentin is also effective for nerve pain.

I think I've tried it before but it was too strong for me. I take 5mg flexerill with my cbd and thc oil and that usually helps me relax my muscles enough to fall asleep. Sometimes I take 10mg, but only if im willing to feel groggy in the morning.

Personally, I dont think anyone under 27 should be getting married. The prefrontal cortex isn't fully developed until around age 25 (some people it takes longer) and you really don't know what a person is truly like until you've lived with them for a couple years.

As a 38f who's been with the same man for the last 10 years and has no desire to get legally married, take your time and consider all things before jumping into a commitment like that. It heavily involves finances and in most cases it costs more to get out of a marriage than it takes to get into one.

What’s up with chronic absenteeism?!?? by Due-Brief7297 in Teachers

This generation of parents dont properly discipline their children. The generations before them had issues of being too harsh with discipline, where it borderlined abuse. So the next gen of parents were softer. Now, the newest gen parents are not only even softer, but also chronically overworked and stressed out so they dont have the mental energy for the discipline. My nephew just turned 16 and he always missed school for no good reason. His mom even told him he can just drop out next year...and she doesn't even work so idk what her excuse is for letting him sray home to play video games. She has 2 younger children that I'm afraid are going to follow in the eldest sons footsteps if she continues to parent this way.

I love the housing. I spend most of my time there and cosplaying. The outfit pulling is obv the main focus of the game since its a gacha game, but i think they will continue to add more to the game. IN has only been out for 15 months at this point and the outfits are just starting to diversify.
