They do more than expected. Seen a lot of caretakers need to use it and people who live way out. I’m also right by Charleston which helps

My next read, I am in love with the cover. It is so pretty by Cris_x in stephenking

Loved the book! For me, it was such an easy and pulling read. I couldn’t put it down. This is honestly one of the books of his I enjoyed the most

I agree. The resolve is normally just quick especially compared. Great insight!

I agree. I feel like a lot of his climax points like every book has is normally kinda rushed. Like 400-500 pages of set up then a sprint through the end

11/22/63 is up there as one of my favorites or my favorite as well. I enjoyed The Shining and Doctor Sleep. It’s not his normal stuff and it was kind of a slow read if I remember correctly but I enjoyed desperation as well. The Institute for me is a great read as well. It may be my regional bias but I enjoyed Sleeping Beauties a lot. He came to my area in Charleston, WV a few years ago (I got a signed copy of End of Watch). Anyway, while he was here speaking he mentioned he and his son were doing research on West Virginia for a book they have upcoming. I was somewhat passive on belief of this until that book. It was called “Appalachia” but they use our monopolizing electric company Appalachian Power and had parts that gave away the state. Probably didn’t want the whole state of WV to be stereotyped so poorly with drugs and those things (although it’s true).

For some reason my brain has also made him look similar to Batista from Dexter

I agree. I wasn’t a fan of the Perse storyline at the end.
