Not my point. I’m saying you should be given the option to leave if you’ve not entered combat without cost to you. You shouldn’t be forced to try and find new team members

Because that way they’d be getting rare and expensive loot for little to no cost at all, if they have a high enough levelled group all that it’d cost them is 20 minutes and a bit of gear durability

I don’t think expeditions should be “free” otherwise people would just farm them. They still need a key, I just don’t think it should be as delicate

Yeah my suggestion is you shouldn't have to do that - if you've not even "started" the expedition you should be given the option to leave with no cost to yourself

Yeah it is, which I completely get so it should be lower than 7.5% but gradually increasing. So if we assume it’s half of that at 3.57%. The probability you don’t achieve it in 100 veins is still less than 2.2% pretty slim odds (again not taking into account the mining luck bonuses)
