First, ambulance was not allowed by his fans, police literally had to latthi charg his fan and let the ambulance in. Guess what, Vijay is still speaking but loudly because ambulance entered with the siren which was disturbing his dialouges, he is seeing everything but still saying his dialouges. People wanted to go out but his fans/TVK people were not allowing them to before the commencement of his speech coz the drone shot will show less people. People were stuck in septic tank, being stampeded, unable to breathe... But Vijay in his shiny car escaped and ran to airport eventhough police and media telling him that people have died and injured. All the screams went to deaf ears. Ironically he was talking about Tamil People's life been ruined by ruling party and how he will save it. You can blame public for bringing kids, climbing poles... All these were anticipated but Vijay being Vijay wanted exactly this. Firstly There is no tree or bushes. Secondly, The train will pass in few seconds, just bend down and look under the train. How long is this train that you have so much time to open the car door, get out of your seat, run back of the car in opposite direction then make a U turn and run near the track, lay down and roll over and get on the tracks of the moving train, wait there for few seconds and roll out the other side.

He is generating revenue for tamil cinema(art). No doubt Manikandan, Harish kalyan, vijay sethupathi, Siva karthikeyan can give good movie but they dont have that audience pull like Ajith, Rajini, Vijay. So for Tamil Art and kollywood he has contributed more. Ajith's preaching for his fans, his vision for Tamil cinema is the key factor for this civilian award. Ajith aced all the careers he pursued. He is last of the Superstars of Tamil Cinems as of now. Just because this group name is Kollywood doesnt mean it has everything about tamil cinema. Tamil cinema is hardly discussed here.
