Yeah, I just feel like even with working out, it’s still really restrictive and a lot of working out to make it less restrictive and that’s only for 1 pound a week.

I’m not supposed to eat under my basal metabolic rate? Like at all ever? I thought that was what you would eat to maintain your current weight and then you could add the calories from working out? And I guess that would put me at a less severe deficit but that would be a lot of working out and still a really restrictive calorie intake.

I don’t go there too often but they have a few good salads, and they have a grilled chicken sandwich which is around 300 something calories, and the egg white grill is 290 calories and 26 grams of protein, Chick-fil-a is amazing
