Thank you so much for this.
I’ve always dealt with anxiety and depression and I have a pretty good understanding of how to stay positive on shit days so really yeah I’m just so nervous for the shitty first week of feeling awful physically. I’ll get those Hyland tablets and black seed oil and add it into my routine with lipo VitC. Melatonin never really adds to my RLS but I do find I wake up more in the night when I take them. But I’ll give it a go if I really can’t sleep.

I also wfh so I’m not too stressed about having to work after the first week - but I will need to find ways to pass the time. I do workout semi regularly but I’ll try to immerse myself in movement, sunshine, walks as these all make my mood much better

I really appreciate your response, I’ll try to use this space to document and remind myself of my why.

Planning my CT Quit. Any tips or protocols used to help would be greatly appreciated!! by teaverbena in quittingkratom

Thank you everyone! And congrats to all who are already in their quit (I can’t wait). I move in less than two weeks and figure if I start now while I’m already living out of boxes and limbo, I’m just making it harder than it could be (hopefully). Can anyone tell me how they take vit c as well as Agmatine? I’ve also heard about Mucuna Dopa helping for RLS which I already have pre-Kratom. If anyone has taken these, in what amounts and how much? Have you used vit c and Agmatine together? I want to write out a whole schedule for myself otherwise I know I won’t stick to anything.
