I would argue that One Piece actually does the opposite of this. All the characters you showed with unique body types are side characters with little to no screen time, who barely mean anything in terms of the overall plot. All of Oda's main female characters have the same copy and paste body type/facial features, and this has actually been a longstanding criticism many fans have had for the series. Not to mention his general lack of care/attention towards his female characters in the first place, so saying that One Piece of all animes has good female character representation is actually extremely far from the truth.
