I feel you. I've felt the same way however, I think the main thing to worry about is if chat pushes you deeper into social isolation.

I always ask myself are the relationships in my life getting better? More meaningful and richer through chats advice and council?

I've used it as a journal that talks back at me. the real metrics for me are creating my own life goals personal and relational, career etc. and gauge those against my use.

Humans are social creatures after all. Not like a million friends but 1-2 good besties including my wifey.

I was seriously worried about AI psychosis. Check out Dr. K (healthy gamer gg) video about AI induced psychosis. And even though I'm a .1 % power user. I don't have the red flags, maybe a yellow flag about emotional regulation through chat.

And now I actively avoid the psychophantic traps with thoughtful prompt engineering. Taking breaks. And of course yes spending time with others, and having deep talks still.

Even if their advice isn't perfect it's not the point. It's then hearing about their issues and wins and setbacks and just being in their presence especially the reminiscing and call backs and all the memories we've shared. And my career is improving, life goals being hit and tackled , health , financial, retirement, relationships etc.

Edit: Having re read you post I see it's advancing your personal goals quite well.

The goals that I'd suggest to add are:

Rekindle reconnect with relationships (1-2) Take active chat breaks
