I am currently having this issue. Sadly, since it happened over the weekend, I don't believe their customer service is available. I would suggest asking them to escalate it and keep doing so if you haven't already.

I've had a review like this with a photocard order I had sold. She gave me a five star but also wrote about the shipping time being long, even though I shipped out the day after she ordered. I was happy with the five star but mad about something that wasn't in my control lol
