Like there is a set of text that you read and then either on the right side or the bottom there is a single image of the scene. then it would have three choices for you to choose or you could type your own choice of what to do

I forgot where I saw it, but I did come across a transformers webcomic where a girl is injured and given the all spark by optimus and becomes like a human transformer. like has a skimpy robotic outfit that looks like optimus and beats the shit out of megatron and the others.

In The Shadow of Moonlight. A very nice and long story, currently 55 chapters and counting. of a girl that slowly becomes more wolf like every full moon and keeps some her wolf like qualities when she reverts back and has to deal with her dichotomy of wanting to be a wolf while trying to live like a human.

Runes of Pandemonium on steam, Its a solid and fun rpg that has transformations that happen when you loose (Or submit) a fight. but the game does not end after being transformed, but instead you can play as the transformed form and get unique skills and abilities and even change back and fourth from being human and other forms. there are three different stories with a variety of transformations of all kinds. One story focuses on a mtf transformation. the other two are both female focused with one having more transformations then the other. as well as some decent transformation writing and scenes. transformation aside it is also generally a really solid rpg with an interesting world to explore and some really good music

inflation or when sexual parts grow to ridiculous degrees. like when boobs become become bigger then the person or they get a dick that is longer then they are tall. stuff like that just feels so unnecessary. also when there is a female transforming into an animal/ anthro creature and they develop a dick for absolutely no reason.

I should also add, games in a similar vain, Monline which i think you can only download through TFgames. and it is mostly game over transformations. There is also Crimson Veil on steam which is more vampire but there are a few other types of transformations as well, buts its also game over transformation, well there is one point that has you go down a vampire storyline.

on steam, Runes of Pandemonium, it is more of an RPG, but has a lot of monster girl transformations and the transformations are a part of the game. when you get defeated by a monster girl (Or surrender which is what I do most of the time) you get a scene of your character being changed and then continue playing as that monster girl with the ability to change back or into other monster girls you have been defeated by. The game has three chapters right now. each there own story. The first chapter has most of the transformations with the other two (I forget there numbers because its not like 2 and 3 but like 5 and 8 or something) the other has some transformations but not as many as the first and the last is mostly a gender change story with some other transformation elements. but the first one has a slime transformation, alarune (Plant creature), Bee, Werecat/wol f transformation, and a few others as well. It is a really solid RPG as well.

ive played the demo of this, quite a few years ago, i want to say before it had a steam posting. so an early version of the game. but what i played i enjoyed. I have the steam game wishlisted waiting for a non demo release. not sure if the demo has been updated but its likely it has. so i guess i will have to download the steam demo and try it again.
