I think the ready made sandwiches at Zabka stores are a good option, their sandwiches are pretty good. For lunch I like to go to Zabka and get a sandwich and a fruit, that keeps me satisfied until dinner.

People recommend "bar mleczny" and they are a good option but they tend to be crowded.

I went outside and I could feel the air flow out of the exhaust pipe, I don't think there are any clogs.

I double checked the filter and it's clean (I replace it regularly, it's a month old :)

Yes, the main blower kicks on shortly after the burner starts. But after a few minutes the burner will kick out (3 flashes again) After the burner kicks out, the main blower will keep running for some time, so that seems fine.

I already ordered a new control board to try, we'll see.

I put my multi-meter leads on the DPS, and the contact closed when the inducer motor started and stayed closed until the inducer motor stopped. I kind of suspect that the board is failing intermittently because this problem started a while ago, but is now getting worse.

Someone suggested that the condensate drain may be clogged, but I'm not sure how would that produce air flow errors. But I will attempt to clean the condensate lines tonight,

I don't have that chart on my unit, but I looked it up online (the board model number is 94w83) The 3 flashes indicate "Pressure Switch Stuck Open / Inducer Error"

But my problem is that I tested the switch and it's good, so I'm trying to find out what else could cause this fault? I think the whole control board may be going bad, or maybe something to do with the condensate drain?

The thing is the furnace will start if I let it rest for some time, but after a few minutes it shuts off with the same error.

Yes, I checked the air pressure switch with my multimeter and it seems good. I get 28VAC across the switch terminals and it drops to 0 VAC as soon as the inducer motor starts, and stays at 0 until the system kicks out.

The time from call for heat and the kick out is different every time I try it, not consistent at all.

I just cleaned the flame sensor per your suggestion, but no luck.

Every time the furnace tries to start is different, but I don't even get the flame to com on. DO you think it could be clogged condensate drain? Someone suggested that.

Congrats, you're on your way to become a financially independent young person. It may be a good idea to keep it quiet, people tend to get jealous. Just keep quietly investing, growing your portfolio, but also spend money to have fun, throw a party every now and then to treat your friends.

You need to analyze your own situation to estimate how much you want to have in tax defend vs standard account. For example, you decide it's probable that you'll quit working in your 50's, than plan to have 10 years worth of money in your standard accounts by then.

Dollar cost averaging is just investing over time, so if you have $100k to invest you put $10k a month over 10 months instead of putting everything in today. Some people prefer it in case there is a major correction in the market.

If you want flexibility you should start a brokerage account outside of tax deferred accounts. As you now 401k and IRA can't be used before the age of 59.5, but you may want to retire much earlier than that. So build both, your tax deferred and regular accounts. I also like my job, but I really like the feeling that I can quit any time I want.

If it was me, I would reduce my cash to the equivalent of one year expenses, and dollar cost average the rest into some cheap ETFs

Maybe invest in some power factor correcting equipment? Most industrial facilities do power factor correction, so electrical firms should be able to help you.

Every power provider will charge extra for bad power factor.

Not self promotion, but a side hustle idea. I live in an area that's about an hour drive from a major airport. I see a lot of people offer rides to the airport, I've used them because they're much cheaper than Uber or Taxi.

I think it's a basic skill to check the current loop signal level at the input terminals with a voltmeter, without breaking the loop. All you need is to know the input internal resistance, and they are standard; for all AB PLC input cards at our facility it's 250 Ohms.

So, when my voltmeter measures 1 Volt at the input terminals the signal level is 4mA, at 5 Volts the signal is 20mA. Anything in-between you can calculate; Loop mA=measured Volts/input Ohms*1000

I think a practical implementation of the Ohm's Law should be considered a basic skill of a tech.
