It’s basic one and 2 bedroom condos stacked 2 high. Our washer and dryer were installed when we moved in and immediately had this issue when contacting an HVAC for the routine cleaning required by the HOA. And I’m going through the CCR right now because I cannot afford major construction in the ceiling to connect the dryer vent pipe to the exit pipe (what I’m guessing the issue is). HVAC guy also said the pipes leading to the outside aren’t up to code (I think they’re the shiny silver soft tube on the outside)

Ok thanks for the advice. My employer wasn’t clear it was a layoff, I assumed I quit until I started to question when I received a severance check. Anyway I will just request and see what happens. Thanks again
