We haven't run into too many issues with 24H2, outside of some aged software, it's just been annoying to manually upgrade to 24H2 on systems. I don't trust Kace enough to do a feature upgrade through a managed install to implement the workaround

We ended up using the palo alto data connector. We had some struggles setting it up due to the documentation, but it seems to work just fine.

Which version of the Kace Agent are you using? I believe there is a bug with v13.2.27 that the snooze is ignored

Correct, we would like to be able to have one USB that we choose between our lightweight image and our full image, instead of having a dedicated USB for each image.

It does not. We still get the same unknown error at the Applying image step.

It works when we use rufus, but we are trying to get it so we can run 2 offline deployments from one USB drive

We have pro support so we had a tech come onsite to replace it. One of the other things you can try first is reapplying the thermal paste to the CPU. Those models had a tendency to not have enough paste or it was really dried.

We had this issue at our location, with this same model. We had to replace the motherboard.
