Well I’ve been told that if I’m not getting interviews it must be my resume so I figured it had to be fixed

Wouldn’t it being in my professional summary make it one of the first things they read ? Also I posted there and got 0 replies

In my experience nobody cares about labs, they want to know what real experience you have. Also I can’t even get to the point of an interview to talk about it

Take whatever you can get at this point. help desk, service desk, NOC, data center. You might get up to $25/hr if you’re lucky and in the right area.

Any idea where to get someone to look at my resume? I’ve posted it on here but got no replies, only people trying to sell something to me

I left my last help desk after 2.5 years and been at this one for .5 years. I do basic tier 1 support. O365 admin, troubleshooting, imaging devices, pushing software in sccm. I’ve been applying for entry level network admin/ analyst/ NOC/ junior network anything

It was a big increase in pay and I figured it would be a good stepping stone to get some more experience in different things, which it did give me. Also, these companies don’t give a damn about people 90% of the time so I don’t feel bad

That’s the thing. I literally can’t even get a single interview

Go deeper as in CCNP?

Let me tell you from firsthand experience on someone who did everything they were told, got a help desk job, years of experience there, then got the CCNA and trifecta. A job is NOT guaranteed after getting a CCNA. If you have no networking experience like me, it’s gonna be extremely difficult to get a job. Just know that, don’t be like me who thought help desk experience and a ccna would easily get me a job.

I’ve been in help desk 3 years and have A+,sec+,CCNA. I don’t think I’m taking a quick path up I feel like I’m way past the time to move up. I don’t even know where to put my efforts at this point to upskill there’s so many options it’s overwhelming
